The Reecok Answer 8 was Allen Iverson's 9th shoe. It used DMX cushioning technology. The was released in November 2004. Only three colrways were released in the U.S. The shoe was not successful. Even Allen preferred Reebok's new Pump sneaker which could be inflated manually. Allen only wore the Answer 8 for half of the 04-05 season and began wearing the Pump regularly from the All-Star game through the playoffs.
