A: Retail at the NYC store is around $180. Ebay can start at $200+ T-shirts start around $85. Yes we know it's expensive, but if you can't afford it, don't rock it.
Q: How do the shirts and shoes fit?
A: The shirts fit true to size, some of them come in sizes S-XXL (not sure if they go up higher). The Bapestas fit just like any other AF1. Don't own a pair? Go to the store and try one on.
Q: How can I tell if a Bape t-shirt and Bape shoes are real?
A: Check the prices, if you're getting shirts for $20 or shoes for $100, theres something fishy.
- Shoes - you can tell by the star, puffy small misshaped stars are fake. Real ones have rounded corners, but some of the newer models have sharp points. Another way to tell is the back where it says BAPE. If the (R) logo and the letter B somehow looked stitched together, then it's FAKE.
- Shirts - on the inside of the tag, there is a hologram of the bape head, which indicates that it is in fact, an authentic Bathing Ape product.
